Hi guys I recently have found these creature on my glass, can any one tell me what they are and should I clean them out?

Agree that they are hydroids. You don't need to worry about them. Is the tank fairly new (first six months)? I've seen them come and go over time. They are a problem for seahorse breeders I think, but not for most hobbyists. Reducing feeding or increasing filtration could cut back their food source if they eventually get out of control.

My tank is just 2 month old and I saw them start showing up in the tank. I’ll cut back some feeding and see if they will disappear.

At least some of them also have a medusa stage in their life cycle, so be on the lookout for something that looks like this swimming around. I don't think they cause any problems either, but they're cool to watch. This one was in my tank many years ago and was about 1/8 of an inch long.
