If you have a way to conceal them, like in a canopy or can make something to support them, a short string of blue LED Christmas lights will work OK. I got a string at Target and made up a light bar for about $6 plus some scrap acrylic I had and a glue gun.

There is another thread on here about cheap moonlights.
