Confirmed: Petco to Sell LiveAquaria to Third Party - AMAZONAS Magazine

Celebrating its 20th anniversary during July 2020, LiveAquaria is about to enter a new chapter as parent company Petco announces a transition to new ownership for the aquarium livestock company.

I'd say getting it out of Petco's hands is a win.
Supposedly, it was Biota who acquired them. (Not confirmed, only the sale to independent party confirmed)

Live Aquaria was my go to on several things. When Petco took over they doubled the p[rice of my favorite koi food. once or twice they ran it on sale for only $20
more than before the original price. I learned to adapt.

Same experience I had three weeks ago, remember? Willing to bet it was the brown truck company, right?

Blue and red company works best for me in this area.

That is why I quit ordering online them dang brown trucks. With fedex I could go pick up at 9 am and not have to worry about it
