Are y'all getting hit with the winter storm up in Michigan? Us here in Houston are going to see single digit temps this week. We don't know how to manage weather that cold down here in Houston!

Don't most people run their tank higher blues?

A lot do, but not all of us. And with the fancier LEDs like Hyrdas, etc, I can max out the blues - to give the coral the better wavelength - and still make the tank look whiter.

I assure you that the pictures represent the corals like you would see them with your eyes. Are they taken under blues? Yes, they are but we pride ourselves in taking the most representative pictures of the corals as possible. @Cody or @CodyBot can chime in if he thinks they do not look like that.

I assure you that the pictures represent the corals like you would see them with your eyes. Are they taken under blues? Yes, they are but we pride ourselves in taking the most representative pictures of the corals as possible. @Cody or @CodyBot can chime in if he thinks they do not look like that.

I was not implying that your pictures are not representative of what the coral looks like under the lighting you had set up, but since I don't have high actinics running for most of the time, these will look very different in my tank.
