Sounds good! You might need to get one of the Heavy Edition filters because most vendors will blast pretty much only blues. With my original filter you won't see as much of a change because it's meant to handle lights in the 12-18k range, which is what most people keep their tanks at.

We decided to remove a few digits from a dslr camera price tag, including a zero or two, and deliver high quality pictures at the MSRP of $24.98. However, for Reef Currents, we plan on selling them at $19.98. We have both models, but a limited stock of the Heavy Edition. We will save one of each for you. Like mentioned before, the original is perfect for your home applications, but the Heavy Edition will probably suit your purpose better considering the blue lights will be rampant at the conference.
