How wide is the standard bracing on most tanks?

I need to know because I donít want the bottom brace/ trim showing. The top of the tank will be Rimless, but the bottom will have the brace. I think all Planet tanks have a bottom brace. If I recall correctly I think itís 1.5Ē but Iím not sure.

I need to cut this wood so that it will come up high enough to cover the brace. If anybody has bottom trim and you could grab a quick measurement that would be great. :-)

Gezz this edit thing is so annoying. Why would you take the edit away for a guest. That’s not cool man.

The bottom trim on my new Planet tank is 1.5", but I don't know if the trim on a smaller tank would be smaller.

Thx Frank! I ended up texting Nick at Ocean Life and he confirmed the same. It’s 1.5”.

Just about done skinning the stand. Then I’ll need to fill 1,000,000 holes. Lol
