    Yeah, I’ve never had a salt drop my PH low.

    I’ve seen a lot of tanks that suffered from low PH that have poor turn over and very little flow inside the tank. I’m sure a lack of water changes played a role too.

    I think when a tank has adequate turn over and circulation it’s able to blow off the CO2 better.

    I have used IO and Fritz in the past. Currently use Tropic Marin. I mix and use within an hour of my planned water changes and have no complaints. I'm pretty pleased with its results.

    Just did a water change with 1/2 1/2 mix of IO and RC. Mixed it for one hour exactly. PH 8.3
