    Feeding new fish

As I had posted previously got a new crosshatch in on Sunday. Havent been able to get him to eat anything
but just taste all the different foods I have. Thinking this is not good. Was out feeding the pond came up
with scooping some minnows up and throwing them in. The first one was eaten almost immediately upon
hitting the water, the second he took a few seconds to track him down but ate him also. While I realize
trigger will not live forever eating minnow at least he want starve while acclimating him to the other foods.

Does this mean the cross hatch will make lunch out of smaller fish that are kept with it later on?

David, maybe gut load the minnows with marine feed that has been soaked in selcon, then toss them in.. at least the stomach contents will help provide some of the marine nutrition needed..

Nice lids but I would need to mortgage my house to cover all my tanks.
