Bingo. It's no different than suing someone for kicking you out of a Facebook group.

I can not imagine anyone suing this Marine Fish Club. No one forces anyone to associate with this club. If anyone does not like the club then do not associate with it. In August it will be 10 years that I have communicated information and received information to and from this club. I have tried to get Texas to join Canada and I have said other silly things and all I have is praise for the kindness and patients you have given me.

Asking for clarification is not slander.

That is what has happened to every post however if you keep moving posts it just looks like you are trying to hide stuff from the general public. Even if that is not the case it looks suspicious.

There are attorneys involved. Anybody in that position would be wise to not say anything until the suit has been resolved. I highly doubt there will be clarification until that point.

Its like asking OJ during the trial, hey man, can you clear up what happened? Was that your glove?

We just all have to be patient and think about more interesting items, like which fish to buy next or which coral frag to order.

Apparently none of you have had a child exposed to a sexual predator in any way or you would not be responding this way. If you had been in this situation then you would definitely want answers especially before renewing any club fees for people who appear to not hold the publicís well being in high regards to use at their discretion and not be accountable for anything.

No you never waive your first amendment rights. That does not mean everyone has to agree with you or you cannot be asked to leave places due to your opinions but you never waive it.

Of course nobody wants that for their kids. I'm just stating that you will more than likely not get an answer until this whole suit is finished with. If I had any doubts to the clubs ability to protect my kids, then I would not bring them to any events until things were cleared up. Knowing that probably won't happen until after the suit means you as a parent has to decide when you'll rejoin events on this club. Only you can make that decision for yourself and your kids.

Throwing the right questions out there is always a way to seek answers and make sure people are upholding their responsibilities. Timing is everything otherwise you'll just be lobbing questions into thin air that nobody can answer at that time and just cause yourself undue frustration.

I would agree, you never waive your 1st amendment rights. Someone was asked to leave though.
