    Great video and superb quality-what camera do you use?

    One thing I learned over the years-i dont stir the sand anymore it settles on the LR and that's how you get a build up on the rock over time regardless of how high the flow is in the tank.

    Just a ceramic airstone from city pets and a fuval air pump. Stone is by the return inlet.

    Here's a night shot. Pump comes on via apex at 1900 and off at 0700.

    You got to stay on top of it. If you don't, you will find yourself in a battle that is sometimes too difficult to win.

    You are on the right track, just keep manually pulling algae and keep the equipment functioning well. Micro-bubble at night or around the clock.
