Got one guy in Austin trying it out on his tank. He's still working in the biz as an environmental scientist so I'm curious to see what he thinks of it since he still has access to equipment I don't anymore. I'll report back if he discovers anything interesting.

I've been on the phone with three guys include Michael P who is doing this too on one of his tanks and he's seeing positive results.
Michael was a little afraid on how the fish will react on it due to their gills.
Another hobbyist from Florida who owns a fish store there did it to treat against Dino's and with great results even Cyano was no where to find after two weeks.

So I'm a little confused. What exactly is it and what's it doing specifically?

    Heard and read about it.
basically you use micro bubbles to enhance the corals to slime off better which enhances their skin color, getting rid of old zoxanthelle and faster which causes a quicker refreshed appearance.

Is like a facial for the corals, lol.
Personal opinion, it can go in the wrong direction as well.
I think most people must watch the slow coloring process to react if corals turning brown for many possible reasons

    Never tried it.

There is s lengthy thread about it over on r2r that Ive been following along with. I want to give it a go, but was waiting to read more about it from other folks first. I think however that the method/practice behind it sounds spot on.

Not to mention, it literally turns your tank into a skimmer.

Wish I could figure out how to copy and paste the other thread here (or at least the link)...has alot of good info on it regarding pro's and con's of micro scrubbing. If you get a chance, jump over to r2r and read it.

On my way to Dallas I spoke for 2 hrs to Cruz the founder of this method.
He emailed me a bunch of his notes and talking to him it makes all sense.
I'm on my way back to Houston and when I come home I'll post all the info I have up.
Remember this guy know his stuff and he proved this method on a large scale.
I will get to that too, just amazing!
