After not getting any response from the local shops I designed a bracket and ordered the black square aluminum tubing from eztube.com. It cuts easily with an angle grinder and they have all sorts of accessories. I made a wall mount bracket for 2 ap700s and it came out great. Way cheaper than the channel from HD.
Second vote here for the aluminum t-slot parts. Takes a bit of time to figure things out, but I have been happy with my light rack I made using stuff from https://8020.net/
Very flexible since you can always take things apart and change them around.
I also used black anodized so it looks a bit nicer.
There is a powder coating business in Pearland over on 35 and Beltway 8 across from the flea market behind the Maaco body shop. When I made a frame for my LEDs years back, I took them the tube and told them what I wanted. They built it and powder coated if for me for a reasonable price. Really cool people.
