apex doesn't seem to like it if you use DOW then on, and if time xxxxx then on.
If the code I posted doesn't work, I can try some different syntax.
Fallback ON
Set OFF
If Time 20:00 to 20:45 Then ON
If DoW S-TWT-S Then OFF
portable back up batteries / solar generators don't have the same conversion lost as computer UPS. they also have built in regulated DC via cigarette plug.
Keep in mind the ecotech battery backup is only 216wh.
i would recommend something like this instead

the price have come down on them alot. after factoring the battery and the enclosure, you're going to be around the same price. this one is on sale with the coupon code for 114.
I’ve had my biota yellow tang for 2 years. It’s HLLE that it came with has healed over really well.
I just noticed it doesn’t have a tail spike tho. Anyone else see anything similar with their biotas?
I’ll get pictures up soon
how was the event? I stayed in the venue last year. It was in a pretty nice part of town. It was pretty packed last year for sat. Sunday thinned out pretty bad

Pumps - depends on the level of control you want. if you want 0-10v control then you'll need to make a cable or buy an adaptor. If you want just simple on and off, then you can get away with connecting the power supply to the controller power strip
nothing from sicce right now unless the...
we got a hydros thread in the equipment forum. Hop in and ask away.
I went to reefapalooza last year and it was cool to see the hydros stuff in person.
keep in mind two small pumps might take the same space as 1 large one.
the current meta is to use powerheads to achieve proper flow in the display and just enough flow thru the sump to keep the water clean. So you're tracking good there.
I did a manifold on my previous tank. when i setup my 200gallon tank, i just ended up using two seperate return pumps. gives me redundancy, and also makes it so I don't have to worry about adjusting flow as much.
imho the problem with that valve you have pictured is the reduction in size...
It’s not advisable to use copper and prazipro at the same time.
I’ve also been using copper power. I had 50/50 luck with cupramine. I don’t think I’ve lost a fish so far with copper power.
