I might tend to agree with you. I found one similar to this as a hitch hiker from a piece of coral I got from All About Fish...except his back was just barely hard....like maybe it was growing a shell. I compared the markings on its body and it looks like a baby turbo to me. I figured if Kevin had these guys in his SPS tank without issues, it would likely be ok in my tank. It stays on the glass and seems to be growing a shell....I am keeping my eye on it though.

A baby turbo has a fully formed shell just like the adults. Stomatellas have their shell on their back covering only part of their body like in his picture. The shell is shaped like an abalone. If there's no shell, it may be a type of polyclad flatworm. Their shell can be hard to spot sometimes, they come in all sorts of colors/patterns that can blend very well with their body.

Here's one of my stomatellas, the irridescent part is its shell. Its surrounded by baby DIBS turbos
